IL CORAGGIO DI ESSERE FELICI 2026
Born seven years ago with a simple ambition—now more revolutionary than ever—of offering leisure and gathering opportunities to the residents of the Le Vallette neighborhood, the summer festival ‘Il Coraggio di Essere Felici’ (The Courage to Be Happy) is preparing to once again take over the streets, gardens, and spaces of Officine CAOS. It does so with the conscious lightness that has always distinguished it.
Music, contemporary circus, dance, participatory theatre, open-air cinema: the program is an invitation to wander among different languages, without ever losing sight of the main goal—coming together.
There is an embarrassment of riches to choose from: live performances, read-aloud sessions, walks to discover the neighborhood’s green spaces, a literary speed dating event, and even a debate on happiness conducted through the principles of nonviolent communication. And for the little ones? Creative activities. For those who love to regenerate and share? A swap party. For those who dream of a table and four friends? Board games and convivial gatherings. The appointment is between June and July, at Officine CAOS and the surrounding areas.
The festival is part of the ‘TORINO, CHE BELLA ESTATE!’ program, a cultural initiative of the City of Turin produced in collaboration with the Fondazione per la Cultura.
